It was an eye clinic built by a Japanese optometrist - Miyahara (Gong Yuan) during the time of the Japanese occupation. But now it is actually an ice cream joint which sells ice-cream and bubble milk tea on the 1st floor. The ice cream has dozens of flavours, and you may add numerous kinds of unique complimentary toppings that can be found in this store only. On the 2nd floor is a restaurant that serves Chinese style appetisers and burgers.
The building of the park was originally built as brewery factory during the Japanese rule of Taiwan. Now the park consists of exhibitions halls where they exhibit the works of modern designers and architects, as well as contemporary cultural products and handicrafts.

Die Augenklinik wurde dem japanischen Optiker Miyahara (Gong Yuan) während der Zeit der japanischen Besetzung gebaut. Aber jetzt ist es eine Eisdiele, die Eiscreme und Bubble Milk Tea im 1. Stock verkauft. Es gibt dutzende verschiede Eissorten und man kann außerdem zahlreiche einzigartige und kostenlose Toppings hinzufügen, die es nur in dieser Eisdiele gibt. Im 2. Stock befindet sich ein China-Restaurant, das Vorspeisen und Burger serviert.
Das Parkgebäude war ursprünglich als Brauereifabrik währen der japanischen Herrschaft Taiwans erbaut worden. Jetzt besteht der Park aus Ausstellungshallen, in denenWerke moderner Designer und Architekten, sowie zeitgenössische kulturelle Produkte und Kunsthandwerke gezeigt werden.
